		<description>Oh God I&#039;m doing everything you are saying not to do lol.  In my defense I am a new father of twins now 7 months old. I know what you&#039;re saying is right on the money. What these two do at night is totally out of my control. Once their sleeping habit improves. Then I&#039;ll follow these valuable guidelines. It&#039;s gonna be hard to get the computer out of the room though lol.</description>
